Returns Policy

 We completely understand that sometimes the perfect gift may need a slight amendment. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to support.

 

~ Returns ~

Contact info@dashandtype.co.uk within 14 days of delivery for any returns. Instructions will be provided following your request. All items must be returned to us within 14 days, unused, with tags attached and original products should be in a re-sellable condition. 

To ensure a successful return, please make sure to wrap items in sturdy packaging for safe transit and send us any relevant tracking links. You then have 14 days to return the goods to us. Damaged or lost returns in an 'unsellable' condition will not be considered for replacement or refund.

Important note: Any costs or extra delivery fees incurred during your return process are your responsibility. Please keep all your return postage receipts from your local post office or preferred courier service.

~ Refunds ~

Upon successful receipt of the returned package and conditions are approved, the refund will be processed. You will be notified via email as soon as funds are issued. The refund can sometimes take 5 – 10 working days to show up in your account. This estimated period depends entirely on your bank or card provider. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. There are no cash or cheque refunds.

Important note: Bespoke or personalised products cannot be refunded. If we made a mistake during production we'll offer a replacement subject to stock availability. We'll do our best to give you an identical product or suitable replacement. SALE and outlet products are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

~ Faulty Items ~

In the event that you received a faulty or incorrect product we will offer an exchange. This exchange will be shipped to you via standard delivery. We will issue an identical exchange or suitable replacement in the event that the desired product is out of stock. This will be communicated via email with our best efforts to source a similar product on your behalf.

Kindly note, orders which have been damaged by the courier during transit must be reported immediately with photos supplied. We may ask you for additional information E.g. the order number, date of purchase and proof of purchase/receipt, in order to support with any parcel investigations.
